Caroline, MA, RCC is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University. She views counselling as a healing journey and has helped individuals, couples, and teenagers. Caroline seeks to empower individuals to be the best that they can be. She provides a a safe and nonjudgmental environment where healing can occur.
Some areas of specialization include trauma, mental health (depression, anxiety, panic, PTSD), abuse (emotional, physical, sexual), grief and loss, life transitions (relationships, work, balance), anger management, relationship issues and couples counselling.
Caroline has received specialized training in trauma therapy, Satir Transformational Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy and Life Span Integration. Life Span Integration is a gentle body-based therapeutic method which heals without re-traumatizing. Caroline helps to empower clients to overcome challenges and make positive lasting changes.
