Celeste Cai, MA, RCC is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). Her experience lies predominantly in helping children, youth, families and young adults. Given her multicultural background from Singapore, she is comfortable and attuned to various ethnicities.
Celeste seeks to provide clients with an empathetic and non-judgmental environment to heal and grow. In therapy, she hopes to journey with clients through difficult emotions and help them find clarity, meaning and hope amidst their pain. She believes that every individual is unique and she strives to collaborate with them on a treatment plan that best suits their needs. She is generally guided by a person-centred and strengths-based approach that involves reflective conversations as well as psychological skills training.
