I see myself as a “traveling companion” to my clients who embark on a journey to explore any challenging, worrying, painful, complicated or traumatic emotional experiences. On this journey together, I help my clients make sense of the past, find peace in the present and regain a sense of hope for the future.

In addition, I always counsel from a strength-based approach which means I help my clients identify and harness strengths and skills they already have to achieve their goals. Finally, I always use a deeply empathetic, client-centered approach that helps create a non-judgemental, kind and safe environment that fosters self-awareness, self-compassion and personal growth.
