Ann has completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).

She is a writer, published author, avid traveller, and former health care professional with a MA in Creative Writing and an honours BA in Anthropology. She has also raised five girls.

Ann believes everyone is unique and holds untapped inner strength and resilience. She is here to help you discover these through the therapeutic modality best suited to your unique situation, needs, and values. Ann has a wealth of life experience and understands the many challenges we face in life, enriching her ability to bring empathy, compassion, and insight into her therapeutic relationships. She understands that sometimes life’s ups and downs can become overwhelming and she is here to help you through them. Using a person-centred approach, Ann provides a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental space for sharing, and welcomes individuals, couples, and families.
