Bhashy Pather

Bhashy is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a graduate of the masters program in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia.

He has worked in the public school system for over 20 years, with extensive experience working with children and issues dealing with anxiety. As a caring husband and involved father, Bhashy believes that his experience affords him a unique understanding of the challenges facing individuals today.

Bhashy is keenly aware that during this period of isolation and uncertainty, people need to feel connected, listened to, and supported. He believes that people have the ability to move toward happiness and solve problems if given the time and space to reflect. Building hope and negotiating goals are foundational to his practice. Using a person-centered approach to build trust and safety, Bhashy will work with clients using a variety of techniques to bring about positive change.
