Carolina Rosa, MCP, RCC, CCC is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University.
Carolina works with children, youth and adults. Her approach in counselling is client-centred and experiential. Her primary focus is building a therapeutic relationship in which clients feel safe, accepted and free to experience themselves in their totality. From there, her genuine, caring and gentle guidance helps clients on their journeys of self-discovery and healing.
She has a deep respect for individuals’ uniqueness. In order to honour each client’s needs and goals, she may integrate other approaches and techniques into her work such as Expressive-Arts, Focusing-Oriented Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Gestalt, Sand Tray Therapy and Play Therapy.
