Diana is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC, and holds a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia.
Using an attachment framework, Diana works alongside clients as they wade through difficult thoughts and emotions and move closer to a sense of peace and self-compassion. Whether individuals are challenged by a recent trauma or relationship or they have struggled for a long time with painful feelings, Diana uses her warmth, understanding, and gentle sense of humour to support them while they regain – or find – their emotional footing.
Before following her passion for helping people work through their emotional pain, Diana worked in the corporate world. She and her husband are also raising two teenagers.
