I believe that the adaptability to change is often the key to establishing a fulfilling life. I also deeply believe that holistic healing is the best foundation for lasting change. I trust that embracing change, and encouraging and supporting clients can lead to healing and fulfillment.

While I mainly practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I cater my therapy to fit the needs of each individual, and I am always seeking consent and collaboration throughout counselling. I empower clients to overcome personal obstacles, and to improve their relationships with themselves and with others.

Throughout therapy, I maintain a sense of curiosity and provide a safe space, free of judgement for my clients.

My areas of focus include: anxiety, sleep issues, motivation, stress, anger, spirituality, life transitions, and trauma.
