I am a licensed Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) through the CCPA.
If you are going through a challenging time, it can feel like your life is unraveling. My mission is to help you navigate the difficulties and challenges you are facing. Many of us are struggling with family conflict, separation/divorce, blended families, issues and resentments from the past, substance misuse, life transitions, and many other challenges. No matter what your current struggle is, it is important that you have guidance and support.
I am a licensed Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) through the CCPA.
I completed a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University. I have continued my education since graduating, and I am currently completing a certificate program in Child and Family Forensics.
I have been involved with the BC family law system in professional and personal contexts for several years. My personal experience, research, and professional involvement has contributed to my belief that the family law system is not the best setting to resolve family issues relating to children. I am passionate about helping parents be the best they can be for their children, and finding it in themselves to put their children first.
Services offered include individual and couples counselling, co-parent counselling, divorce coaching, as well as group counselling and classes including parent education and anger management. Although I see clients across a broad spectrum, I specialize in the areas of family conflict, parenting, and high conflict separation/divorce. At Crossroads Collective, we use a team approach to assist families, wherein the therapists work together to help your family and ensure each member is supported through the process.
