Mark values self-acceptance and compassion as core aspects of change. He works from a modality known as Reality Therapy which balances short term changes that improve your quality of life as well as long term changes which address the causes of your suffering. He believes creating a strong relationship is crucial to meaningful therapy.

Mark has been interested in counselling for many years. He enjoys sharing space with other people and working to meet their needs. He understands the importance of this from experiences of his own life where people were able to offer this kindness to him. He hopes you can experience the meaningful change that comes from acceptance.
