Ritu Khajuria

Ritu Khajuria is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). She has a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Counselling.

When we give ourselves an opportunity to be vulnerable and unpack and express our thoughts and feelings; this allows the healing process to begin. Ritu’s goal is to provide a platform for clients who can find comfort in an environment where they feel safe, heard and connected.

Ritu has experience working with children, youth and adults who face challenges in mental health, suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, cross-cultural barriers and anger management. She is an LGBTQIA+ supporter and has worked closely with children and their families.

Ritu’s aim for her clients is to gain self-confidence, cope with anxiety and to provide customized skills and strategies.
