Sandon Fraser

Sandon Fraser has a master’s degree in counselling psychology from Yorkville University and a BA from the University of the Fraser Valley. He is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors and works with children, teenagers, adults & couples.

Using a combination of talk therapy and skill building, Sandon supports clients and helps them to cope with immediate stressors, while developing tools for long term independence.

Sandon believes that there is a connection between our physical health and our emotional or mental health. In the same way that we can use treatment and physical activities to strengthen our bodies and heal from injuries, we can use therapy and skill building to strengthen ourselves and heal emotional/thought injuries.

By using cognitive behavioural, experiential, emotionally focused, acceptance commitment, client centered, and mindfulness techniques Sandon works with clients to cocreate a unique plan to improve the quality of their life and reach their goals. Don’t just live… live well.
