Sarah is currently completing a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the UBC.  She is committed to helping her clients live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives by providing compassionate care and counselling services.

Sarah has worked with a diverse group of clients, including those from various cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic levels. She has experience in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, addiction, and relationship issues. She is gaining skills in a variety of counselling modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).

Sarah’s approach to counselling is client-centred, meaning that she tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs and experiences. She creates a warm and supportive environment in which clients can feel comfortable sharing their vulnerabilities and exploring their innermost thoughts and feelings. Sarah works collaboratively with her clients to develop a treatment plan that is built upon their specific goals and objectives.

Sarah firmly believes that every client has the capacity to heal and grow when given the right tools and support. She is committed to fostering an open, non-judgmental, and safe space where clients can feel empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Through building strong therapeutic alliances with her clients, Sarah helps them develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and self-acceptance.

Sarah is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of counselling and is continually expanding her knowledge and skills.

Sarah is committed to becoming a competent and compassionate counsellor and  walk with clients to overcome life’ challenges and thrive, with no fear.
