Victoria is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors with experience in working with teens, parents, and families.
Victoria’s expertise includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, parent-teen conflict, and family therapy. Graduating with her Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University, Victoria then went on to complete her Master in Narrative Therapy and Community Work at the University of Melbourne. Although Victoria specializes in Narrative Therapy, she prefers an eclectic approach drawing tools from Dialectic Behavioural Therapy Skills (DBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), mindfulness, and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). Pertaining to therapeutic relationships with her clients, Victoria views trust and connection as the cornerstone of her work in being able to feel what her clients feel as they work together.
