Life can be hard and we don’t always know how to manage our current challenges. It’s important to realize that you’re not alone and support IS out there. Whether you’re finally ready to face past traumas, dealing with depression and anxiety, crippled by grief, lacking self-worth, or struggling with addictions, there can be an end to your suffering. That end includes remaking your life, your relationships, and sometimes your very identity. Though it may not feel like it now, you are on an exciting journey! With a little support and guidance, you can make it through.
Working from a client-centered approach, and utilizing such modality as Solution-Focused Brief Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy (Level 2), Mindfulness, and other techniques, Tracey has helped numerous clients re-find themselves and re-make their relationships. She will work with you to tailor-make your therapy to your specific history, goals, and personality. She is EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained, a technique that is quickly becoming the gold-standard therapy for working with trauma.
Tracey is also a verified counsellor for the Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP).
