RCMP

No Fear Counselling is a highly qualified,  trusted and compassionate therapy service provider for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). Our mission is to help RCMP members overcome mental health challenges and achieve their full potential.

Services

At No Fear Counselling, we understand the unique challenges that RCMP members face, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, operational stress injuries, and other mental health issues. That’s why we provide specialized therapy services tailored to meet the needs of RCMP members.

Our team of qualified therapists are passionate about helping RCMP members, and we offer a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Our therapists work with RCMP members to identify their specific needs and goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan to help them achieve the best possible outcomes.

RCMP Coverage

No Fear Counselling is proud to be an approved service provider for RCMP members. This means that RCMP members can access our therapy services through their RCMP benefits, including the RCMP Member and Family Assistance Program (MFAP) and the RCMP Health Services (RCMPHS).

Our therapists are knowledgeable about the RCMP system and can help RCMP members navigate the process of accessing these benefits. We believe that all RCMP members should have access to high-quality mental health services, and we work hard to make sure that our services are accessible and affordable.

If you’re a current or former RCMP member, you may be eligible for therapy services through MFAP or RCMPHS. The best way to find out is to contact your RCMP benefits provider directly or speak with one of our therapists. We can help you determine if you’re eligible and guide you through the process of accessing benefits.

The length of therapy can vary depending on the individual and the nature of their mental health challenges. Some people may only need a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy. Our therapists work collaboratively with RCMP members to determine the best course of treatment for their needs.

Yes, therapy at No Fear Counselling is confidential. We take privacy and confidentiality very seriously, and we adhere to the highest ethical standards. We only share information with third parties with the written consent of the client, except in situations where we are required by law to disclose information (e.g., if a client is at risk of harm to themselves or others).
