“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” - Wayne Dyer
In his practice he offers a person centered, strength-based approach to counselling, focusing on empowerment and what is within your control. He believes you are the expert in your life, and will stand beside you rather than in front of you, to help you reach your goals, live your best life and be the best version of yourself.
