Bettina Hansen, MCP, RCC, holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Adler University.
She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. Bettina takes an existential and client-centred approach to counselling and integrates mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques tailored to the client’s individual needs. She is passionate about working with youth and young adults and enjoys using philosophical exploration to tackle the heart of emotional concerns. She is a highly sensitive person that draws from personal experience to engage with clients in a warm and empathic way. Her aim is to offer gentle guidance in a safe compassionate space where clients feel heard, accepted, and understood in order to explore and analyze concerns.
