Experiences of trauma can have a wide range of effects on a person. You may feel chaotic and lost. You may find that you’re unable to feel much at all. Christina can work with you to find a sense of grounding and safety in your body. She will help you develop the skills you need to process what happened in the past so that you can move forward to a better future.
