The human experience is complex, confusing, exciting, and powerful. Our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors can elude us at times, and it can be difficult to navigate these difficulties on our own.

Katrina understands the deep and profound way that life experiences can impact our internal and external lives. In her practice, she uses an intuitive approach based on whatever you are needing in the moment. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, mindfulness practices, and elements of coaching (among others), Katrina provides a personalized and collaborative approach, working with you to reach your therapeutic goals.

Whether you are wanting to change a problematic behavior, improve your communication and empathy with your partner, learn how to navigate worry and rumination, or even get to know yourself better, Katrina will be with you to guide you through your process of growth and change.
