Serena Slatten, MCP, RCC, specializes in working with individuals who are in active addiction and in recovery from addiction; however, her scope does not end there. Additionally, she guides clients through navigating other conflicts that life presents, from toxic relationships to codependency to suicidal ideation. She takes an empowering, holistic approach to rebuild self-love, self-worth, self-respect, and damaged relationships.
Whatever has brought you here – the weariness of depression, the struggle of addiction, the heaviness of anxiety, the uncertainty of life in its entirety – Serena welcomes you. Whether you have experienced a trauma, are going through a life transition, or just need someone to talk to, someone who will listen without judgement or scorn, her passion and goal as a clinician is to hold the space for you, walk with you through the darkness, guide you to peace and well-being, and help you to live a life you love.
Serena understands and respects how the vulnerability in healing can be difficult and even terrifying. Her hope and intent is to provide you with a safe and compassionate environment for you to be heard, respected, and understood, so that you may heal and thrive. It is her privilege to work with you and she looks forward to meeting you.
