Trying to make sense of your life and begin a process of change can feel challenging. I believe that therapy is a place to feel safe, share your experiences, and explore new and meaningful ways of being. My intention is to listen and create a safe space free of judgement as I guide you on a journey that fosters awareness of your feelings, thoughts, beliefs and behavioral patterns.
Beginning therapy can be daunting, but I believe it is a brave choice and an opportunity to provide yourself with care and support. I consider it a privilege to get to know my clients and work with them as they heal, grow, and feel better.
