Suzy’s approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based. Suzy strives to create a welcoming, safe-space for clients to feel heard, seen, accepted, and ultimately, to grow and heal.

With additional training in CBT through the Adler Institute and Therapeutic Arts through the Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy, Suzy integrates various techniques to create a holistic, individualized approach to honour and explore each client’s specific needs.

With 15+ years in the field of special education, Suzy brings a wealth of experience supporting teens and youth, and working with various family systems and cultures. Suzy is passionate about empowering others and supporting clients of all ages and backgrounds.
