Our goal
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. These guidelines describe how to make websites easier to use for people with disabilities.
We test our pages with automated accessibility checks and with a keyboard when we build or change them. Automated checks do not find every problem, so your feedback helps us.
What we aim for
Our aim is that you can:
- use every menu, link, button and form with a keyboard
- use the site with a screen reader
- zoom in to 200% and read every page on a phone without scrolling sideways
- read text that stands out clearly from its background
- stop most movement on the site by turning on “reduce motion” in your device’s settings.
Known limits
The maps on our office and location pages come from Google, and they can be hard to use with a screen reader or a keyboard. Each office page also gives the office’s address as text.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this website is hard to use, or you need information in another format, please tell us. It helps us if you include:
- the address (URL) of the page
- what you were trying to do
- the device, browser and any assistive technology you use.
Call us at (778) 288-8361, text (778) 998-3327 or email info@nofearcounselling.com. If you cannot use part of the site, call, text or email us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Our offices
This statement is about the website. If you have a question about getting into one of our offices, or you need an accommodation for a session, please contact us before your visit.
