About Celina

Celina’s path into counselling is deeply personal. Having lived with chronic pain and ongoing health challenges for much of her life, she understands the isolation that can come from moving through the world feeling different or misunderstood. For many years, those experiences shaped how she saw herself, but through her journey in mental health, she began to see those very experiences in a new light: as sources of empathy, insight, and strength.

These lived experiences guide Celina’s approach to therapy. She understands that pain, trauma, and hardship are deeply personal, and that each person experiences them in their own way. Therefore, she approaches every client with openness, curiosity, and genuine compassion.

Celina strives to create a space where clients feel safe to be themselves without fear of judgment. She believes therapy should be a place where you can speak freely, explore difficult emotions, and feel truly heard and supported.

Her goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges, helping you discover your strengths and move toward deeper healing and understanding. If you’re looking for a supportive space to begin that process, Celina would be honoured to be part of your journey.

Celina has been great so far. She is very insightful and has the ability to identify certain areas that I can work on to improve on myself and reach my goals (no drinking, being a better spouse and father etc.). I find that the sessions I have had with her so far have been very helpful.
