Edon has worked with youth, immigrant and indigenous groups. With lived experience as a POC, he brings an added element of understanding, recognizing the important, yet often difficult, demands placed by family and culture and jointly seeks ways to balance such needs.

Edon incorporates cognitive and dialectical behavioural approaches in conjunction with somatic strategies to break and replace self-defeating thoughts and emotions.
