She is trained in various therapeutic models and tailors her treatment and approach to her client’s needs. She is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. As a counsellor, Shriti strongly believes in her clients’ strength and innate ability to make decisions that they know are best for themselves. She also believes that change occurs when individuals embrace their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting or escaping them. In therapy, she aims to provide you with immense space and support while you nurture your “baby steps” towards being the person you want to be.

Where Ariel works
OnlineReviews
I have received consistent, compassionate, and life-changing help from No Fear Counselling for years. With the help of my counsellor, I have moved through extreme mental and physical anguish to feeling empowered and able to handle whatever comes my way. I encourage all those I know to find a counsellor who resonates with their goals and stick with it. It is the hardest work I have ever done and reaps benefits every day in every relationship.
Ariel has been a huge help to me in recovering from and living with brain injury following a car accident. She has helped me to cope with the huge changes it brought to my life and the accompanying stress and depression.
