About Caroline

She views counselling as a healing journey and has helped individuals, couples, and teenagers. Caroline seeks to empower individuals to be the best that they can be. She provides a safe and nonjudgmental environment where healing can occur.

Caroline has received specialized training in trauma therapy, Satir Transformational Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, and Life Span Integration. Life Span Integration is a gentle body-based therapeutic method that heals without re-traumatizing. Caroline helps to empower clients to overcome challenges and make positive, lasting changes.

Caroline offers family counselling, children’s counselling, individual counselling, and couples counselling. Her work often centres on trauma, supporting clients through abuse, PTSD, complex trauma, and domestic abuse and violence, alongside anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.

For couples, she helps with repairing relationships and pre-marital counselling, and supports families with parenting and child counselling for ages 6 to 12. She also draws on Christian counselling and helps clients build self-esteem and manage stress.

Her approach draws on complex trauma therapy, trauma-informed care, and Gottman couples therapy, alongside CBT and solution-focused therapy for practical progress.

Caroline sees clients through virtual care, accessible to clients anywhere in BC.
