Meet Connor Robinson
Connor understands that reaching out for support, especially when it comes to relationships, can feel vulnerable. He aims to create a space where clients feel safe enough to open up, be real about what’s going on, and feel genuinely understood. At the core of his work is the belief that people are not broken. The patterns we find ourselves in often make sense when we look at our experiences, how we have learned to cope, and how our nervous system responds under stress. From that place, change becomes less about fixing yourself and more about understanding yourself, which tends to create more lasting shifts.
Connor brings both personal and professional experience into his work, particularly when it comes to ADHD in relationships. Having been diagnosed in his 30s, he understands how emotional reactivity, communication challenges, and self-doubt can impact connection. He supports clients in moving beyond shame and surface-level strategies toward a deeper sense of self-trust, steadiness, and clarity in how they show up. His style is collaborative, grounded, and real. He listens closely, helps clients notice patterns and blind spots, and offers gentle challenges when it feels helpful. He also integrates a somatic, body-based lens to support awareness of how the nervous system shapes reactions, communication, and connection.
Connor’s work as a coach is present and future focused, with an emphasis on applying what comes up in sessions to real life. This can include check-ins, accountability, and support between sessions, helping clients stay connected to the work as they practice new ways of showing up. He works with individuals and couples navigating communication challenges, emotional regulation, ADHD-related dynamics, and relationship patterns that feel stuck or repetitive. His goal is to help clients feel more grounded in themselves, communicate more honestly, and build relationships that feel steady, respectful, and aligned. Connor believes growth comes from building a more honest and trusting relationship with yourself first and foremost, and that from there, meaningful change in relationships naturally follows.
