Justice appreciates the role that successful intervention can play in achieving control over one’s mental health through an anti-oppressive and collaborative framework. She understands that one’s mental health is constantly evolving, shaped by identity, environment, and lived experience, and she would be happy to help you achieve your goals, whatever they look like for you.
Justice offers individual counselling and youth counselling, with particular experience supporting clients through complex trauma, criminal justice system involvement, and concerns within the LGBTQ2+ community. She brings a strong awareness of how systemic barriers and past involvement with institutions can shape a person’s mental health, and works to create a space that feels genuinely safe rather than clinical or judgmental.
Her approach draws on complex trauma therapy and EMDR to help clients process difficult experiences at a pace that feels manageable, alongside Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients better understand and work with the different parts of themselves. Justice adapts her approach depending on what each client needs, rather than fitting clients into a single method.
Justice sees clients in person at our Downtown Vancouver, Electra Building location, as well as through virtual care for clients anywhere in BC. Whether you’re looking for consistent in-person sessions or the flexibility of meeting online, she works to make therapy accessible on your terms.
