About Sahiba

Journeying inward is not always an easy process, but at some point, the call within us to move beyond our suffering and seek connection with ourselves gets louder and harder to ignore. Whether you’re starting out on this journey or a seasoned traveller, all are welcome in this space.

When conscious and unconscious beliefs are left unexamined, they can show up in both the mind and body, shaping the psyche in ways that are sometimes obvious and sometimes subtle. The work together involves bringing those parts to life and examining them safely, without judgment. When we can meet the person you are behind them, change becomes possible.

Sahiba holds a deep respect for people’s inherent wisdom and trusts that answers tend to emerge organically when we give the layers room to present themselves. Alongside her training and academic background, her own ongoing self-work shapes how she approaches therapy. She draws from experience-based modalities like body-oriented therapies, nervous system regulation, parts work, and inner child healing. Sessions are rooted in your present-moment experience, leaning on both structure and flow.

The hope is that this work can support and empower you to reconnect with more of yourself, and more of life.

Sahiba offers individual counselling, with particular experience supporting clients through complex trauma and burnout. Her approach draws on somatic therapies and internal family systems (IFS), alongside mindfulness, depending on what each client needs.

Sahiba sees clients through virtual care, making her sessions accessible to clients anywhere in BC.
