Devanshi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from India, along with her Master’s from Adler University. She takes a flexible, client-centred approach, integrating techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic practices. She tailors her work to meet the unique needs of individuals and couples, helping them navigate anxiety, overwhelm, relationship challenges, life transitions, and patterns that feel stuck. She also supports clients working through attachment concerns, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem or identity concerns, complex relational dynamics, addictions, and communication gaps.
With a trauma-informed lens, Devanshi approaches each session with sensitivity, ensuring clients feel supported and understood. She believes healing can feel heavy at times, but moments of lightness and connection are just as important. She values the small moments of insight, relief, and lightness that emerge in therapy, knowing that even gradual progress can lead to meaningful and lasting change. Whether you’re seeking clarity, coping strategies, or simply a safe space to process your experiences, Devanshi is here to help you uncover your strengths and move toward a life of balance and meaning. She looks forward to meeting you!
