Her previous work with both youth and older adults strengthened her appreciation for the unique challenges and strengths that emerge across the lifespan. These experiences also affirmed her passion for one‑on‑one work, where clients can feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported as they explore different parts of themselves.

As a second‑generation immigrant who grew up in a small town, Jasleen understands the complexities of navigating cultural expectations, identity, and belonging. She brings cultural humility, curiosity, and openness to her work, honouring the diverse stories clients carry.

In the counselling room, Jasleen offers a warm, grounded, and collaborative space. Clients can expect gentle reflection, and thoughtful questions all at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering. She values lifelong learning and believes it is never too late to grow, heal, or reimagine what life can look like.
