About Kristina

Kristina holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from the University of the Fraser Valley. Kristina believes that each individual has the power to heal and become the author of their narrative. Kristina has always had a passion for offering compassion and support, helping individuals connect with their true selves, feel supported, and set boundaries while creating a safe, judgement-free environment for individuals to heal.

Kristina has experience working with youth and adults facing a variety of barriers. Kristina practices from a holistic, integrative, client-centered, and culturally sensitive approach. She believes therapy is not one size fits all, and works closely with what best suits the client’s needs.

Kristina’s goal is to assist you along your journey of taking your power back. Through exploring emotional triggers, reflecting and discovering more about yourself, together Kristina and her clients create tools to overcome all types of barriers.

Kristina offers children’s counselling, individual counselling, and couples counselling, with particular experience supporting clients through anxiety, burnout, and depression. She also helps clients build self-esteem and self-compassion, while working on healthier ways to manage stress day-to-day.

Her approach draws on emotionally focused therapy and sensorimotor psychotherapy to help clients connect with what’s happening beneath the surface, alongside CBT and solution-focused therapy for building practical, everyday tools.

Kristina sees clients in person at our Surrey, Sandel Industrial Park, and Surrey, Panorama locations, as well as through virtual care for clients anywhere in BC.
