Mary views therapy as a deeply collaborative process built on trust, empathy, and mutual understanding. Her work supporting diverse youth has taught her the importance of meeting people where they are, shaping an approach that is adaptable, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, while honoring that every person’s story is unique.
Taking a person-centered stance, Mary integrates different therapeutic approaches to foster a holistic understanding of each client. Through a psychodynamic lens, she gently guides clients to look beneath the surface and explore how past experiences shape present feelings and patterns. Alongside practical tools for everyday life, Mary works with individuals to help them navigate major transitions and move through their personal process at a pace that feels right for them. As a lifelong learner, Mary remains committed to growing in her practice so she can best guide clients on their journey toward healing and growth.
