About Mo

Mo understands that starting counselling can feel intimidating, especially if you are unsure what to expect or where to begin. He aims to create a relaxed, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves.

His approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and collaborative, meaning he meets clients where they are and works at a pace that feels comfortable for them. He supports individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, low mood, self-esteem issues, addiction and problematic behaviours, life transitions, loneliness, motivation difficulties, and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed.

Mo’s style is conversational and genuine, while also incorporating CBT and practical strategies when helpful.
