I strive to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My work is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from mindfulness, Emotion Focused Therapy, attachment theory, and Narrative Therapy. I also incorporate somatic tools, recognizing that the body often holds what words cannot.
